Refund Policy

Return Window:

You have 14 business days from the date of purchase to return an eligible item.

Condition of Returned Items:

• Items must be returned in unused and original condition.

• Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds:

• Items that are returned after the 14-day return window.

• Items that are used, damaged, or altered.

• Items missing original tags or packaging.

• Sale items (unless specifically noted otherwise).

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

• Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded (unless the return is due to a mistake on our part).

• You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

• We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

• Please follow the same return process for exchanges, and we will ship the new item to you once the original item is received.
