Refund Policy
Return Window:
You have 14 business days from the date of purchase to return an eligible item.
Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be returned in unused and original condition.
Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Items Not Eligible for Refunds:
Items that are returned after the 14-day return window.
Items that are used, damaged, or altered.
Items missing original tags or packaging.
Sale items (unless specifically noted otherwise).
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded (unless the return is due to a mistake on our part).
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.
Please follow the same return process for exchanges, and we will ship the new item to you once the original item is received.
